Barcode Designer lets you generate barcodes and QR codes online, build reusable label templates, and import Excel data to create labels in bulk. It is suitable for product labels, warehouse labels, logistics labels, and asset tags.
2. What workflows are supported?
The site currently supports three main workflows:
Single generation: create one barcode or QR code and export it quickly.
Batch generation: import table data and generate many labels from one template.
Template design: build custom labels with text, images, barcodes, and QR codes.
3. How do I generate labels in bulk?
Start by creating or selecting a template. Then go to the batch page, import your Excel file, map spreadsheet columns to template fields, and preview the result before exporting or printing.
4. Are templates and batch data saved automatically?
When you are not signed in, some data may remain only in the current browser environment. After signing in, cloud template sync and cross-device access can be available depending on your account permissions.
5. What can I export?
Depending on the page you are using, you can export a single label, export batch labels, download a data template, or print directly. Available actions may vary based on the current mode, template structure, and account plan.
6. Why does my Excel import not show any data?
Common causes include not selecting a template first, mismatched field mapping, an empty worksheet, or an unsupported file structure. Checking the template fields and confirming that the first row contains column headers usually resolves the issue.
7. Which browsers are recommended?
The best experience is usually on recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. If something does not work as expected, try refreshing the page or temporarily disabling browser extensions.
8. Do you support refunds? How can I contact support?
Refunds are not supported at this time. Please confirm that the product fits your needs before purchasing or upgrading.
